Site for an events company in New York: service catalog, online booking, dedicated pages per event type and a structure ready to scale into new cities.

The problem
The company had its service information, its booking and its team management in different places, and wanted to grow into other areas without rebuilding the site each time.
What I built
- Event services catalog.
- Online booking.
- Dedicated pages per event type.
- Contact forms that adapt to the type of request.
- A structure ready to add new cities without a rebuild.
Technical decisions
- A page per event type rather than one generic page: each type is searched differently and deserves its own entry point from search.
- Geographic coverage modelled as data, not hard-coded copy, so adding a city means adding content instead of rewriting templates.
- Forms that change with the type of request, so the first reply already has context.
Challenges
- Covering New York and surrounding areas without creating near-identical pages that compete with each other.
- Making one booking flow work for very different kinds of events.
Result
The site is in production covering New York and surrounding areas, with online booking live. Delivered in 6 weeks.
